Blockchain Streaming Platform Broadcasts Global Tournament With Crypto Prize Pool

Play2Live (P2L), a blockchain-based streaming platform for gamers and e-sports fans, has successfully hosted and broadcasted an e-sport tournament with cryptocurrency as the main prize: 2,000,000 Level Up Coin tokens – LUC – worth $100,000. The P2L CryptoMasters event took place on 24-25th of February in Minsk, Belarus, on Falcon Arena to a lie audience of thousands of viewers and an online audience that approached a million. Play2Live CryptoMasters tournament was the first event broadcasted on platform.

Eight international teams — 7 invited and 1 from the open qualifiers, took part in the tournament. It resulted in the triumph of AGO, a Polish e-sports organization, who took the main prize worth $50,000 in 1 million LUC tokens. The second team was Space Soldiers (Turkey), which received 400,000 LUC tokens ($ 20,000), whereas the third and the fourth place, with 200,000 LUC tokens ($ 10,000) prize pools, were taken by the teams BIG (Germany) and GODSENT (Sweden).
