ChangeIP Begins Accepting Bitcoin Payments

Web host ChangeIP has announced that due to popular demand it will now be accepting payments in both bitcoin and Alipay, China’s third-party online payment solution. ChangeIP specializes in solutions—VPN, linux & windows web hosting, and VPS hosting—that protect and promote its customers’ privacy, security, and freedom.

Kapil Jain, ChangeIP General Manager, commented: “Due to popular demand and to serve the rapidly growing market in mainland China, ChangeIP has enhanced the company’s transactional capability.”

Bitcoin utilizes SHA-256 encryption for both its Proof-of-Work (PoW) system and transaction verification, complimenting ChangeIP’s focus on privacy and security. Alipay works like an escrow service, solving the issue of settlement risk in China. ChangeIP also recently launched a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that provides a secure tunnel between its clients and the Internet with a focus on high-strength encryption.

Jain added: “The world faces complex technological privacy and security issues and all of ChangeIP’s solutions—and now, payment methods—protect and promote our customers privacy, security, and freedom,”
