Airbitz has announced the release of Airbitz SDK. The platform has been built on Edge Security which Airbitz hopes will provide a balance of strong security and user friendliness for its first platform, a bitcoin mobile app. The platform that the mobile app is built on can be used to secure different types of data, alongside providing all the blockchain functionality utilized by the Airbitz app. Developers can sign up to use the SDK to try it out for themselves.
The platform allows users to send & receive bitcoin and secure user data all in a few lines of code for iOS or Android mobile app. Airbitz will be presenting at several upcoming meetups and events to demonstrate the potential of the SDK.
This weekend, Airbitz will be launching SDK at the Bay Bit Hack where participants can enter to win $500 in bitcoin for the best use of the SDK. CEO and co-founder Paul Puey and Chief Architect William Swanson will be mentoring attendees throughout the event. The website developer.airbitz.co has instructions detailing how to use SDK.
