Bitcoin Group Announce IPO Total of Almost $6 Million

On the 25th January 2016, the Australian mining Company, Bitcoin Group’s IPO Offer and ASX Bookbuild closed after many months of delays and setbacks and Bitcoin Group has now revealed that it raised a total of $5,927,168.40.

In 2015, the Australian Securities and Investment Commissions (ASIC) required Bitcoin Group to make four revisions to its IPO prospectus, each time necessitating an extension to its IPO application. However, the offer finally went through on 25th January.

Bitcoin Group also announced that the quotation of the shares on the ASX had not yet occurred, but they were currently working with ASX on the listing application process and that details would be forthcoming.
