Global Election Services (GES), a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Arena Holding, Inc. (GAHC), has been announced as having completed its final testing of Blockchain Technology Corporation’s (BTC) blockchain voting tabulation system successfully.
Following initial testing in November, CEO of GES, Maralin Falik issued additional specifications for BTC to comply with. After improvements were made by software engineers, the final round of testing was completed by GES who reported great success. Falik stated: “Working with BTC, we will now be on the cutting edge as an early adapter of a world changing technology, which will transform the election process in an efficient and credible way while maintaining the level of integrity the Department of Labor requires and expects. We are very pleased with the results of this demonstration for Scanning and Tabulating Mail-in Ballots. We will look to move forward with BTC’s technology at our elections, and quickly begin expanding our reach, securing many different types of elections, on a global scale.”
Nick Spanos, CEO of BTC, spoke on revolutionizing the election process, saying: “This is just the beginning. Keep in mind, this blockchain voting tabulation system is only utilizing a small segment of our elections platform. I have over three decades of experience engineering electoral management software. So Maralin will have many options to grow GES with our technologies and applications, and we will support her every step of the way.”
GAHC CEO, John Matthews stated that GAHC expects future software upgrades using blockchain to improve its other services, including internet voting, in-person voting, and hybrid elections. In addition, GES is expected to sign an agreement with BTC to begin conducting elections using the technology. The picture may not look like much, but it will revolutionize the way elections are held and the security and reliability of results.
