Coinbase Accepts 3D Secure Cards, Expands to Liechtenstein & Slovenia

Bitcoin exchange and wallet giant Coinbase continues to expand its buy and sell services across Europe, with availability to customers in Liechtenstein and Slovenia.

With 10 new countries in the past 10 months, this most recent expansion brings the total number of countries with access to Coinbase up to 30, mostly European but including Canada, Singapore and the U.S., further increasing their global presence.

Also being released is the option for European users of Coinbase to buy bitcoin with 3D secure-enabled credit and debit cards. This removes the need for their clients to carry out a bank transfer to pre-fund their account with the result of speeding up the purchase of bitcoin.
