Ripple Labs was named the world’s fourth Most Innovative Company in Money for 2015 by Fast Company as part of its annual Most Innovative Companies Issue.

This year’s Most Innovative Companies issue includes companies from six continents, with Warby Parker earning the No. 1 spot on the list ahead of brands such as Apple, Google, Netflix, Tesla Motors, Ikea, L’Oréal, and Toyota.
Ripple Labs is the developer of Ripple, an Internet protocol that transforms finance by interconnecting disparate systems to securely transfer funds in any currency in real time. Banks, money transmitters and clearing houses can use Ripple as a settlement technology and alternative to correspondent banking to facilitate straight through processing with no reserve funding required.
